Shipping policy
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We currently ship within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: Free, 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: $15.00, 1-2 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or circumstances outside our control.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or lost items
Our statues are handmade and carefully packaged, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yankieresperon@yahoo.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out and we'll help track it down.
